Milan has never been so delicious!

On 20th and 21st October we participated at the fair “Milano Golosa”, an event aimed to raise awareness of the excellence of Italian food, including Garlic of Voghiera DOP, which claimed consensus.

The event, with over three thousand fans who have been shown to accept the formula proposed by Davide Paolini, the Gastronauta (Sole 24 ore and radio 24), was held in the spectacular setting of Villa Torretta, during a weekend which also climate made it very pleasant.

"Being able to walk amongst of so many delicacies, know their secrets, appreciate the quality, it is a pleasure and a way to grow in awareness of what surrounds us", this is the general comment of the visitors, who acted as a counterpoint to the satisfaction of carefully selected producers, such as we have had the good fortune to be!
To be able to taste and to understand the work behind each ingredient is often an improbable in gastronomic fairs, Paolini has met its objective of bringing excellent products, in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere where you could make capture the best of their production without waste.
A playground of taste where to discover that our nation offers a multitude of tastes and knowledge only to be seized.
