Dry garlic in nets
The characteristics of dry garlic of Voghiera DOP are the regular round bulb, composed of big cloves in a homogeneous form. Chemically it is a perfect balance of enzymes, vitamins, minerals and flavonoids that identifies genetically the Voghiera DOP garlic.
It is an essential ingredient to flavour food, and it is also considered a natural medicine; among its active principles alliin and allicin are two sulfur compounds with a similar function to that of antibiotics. After the harvest, the garlic is dried up in the sun or with a dynamic method through the most advanced drying systems, without being treated with chemical preservatives.
